Planning

MBVRA actively monitors the Wycombe District Council distributed "planning application" information booklet every month. We look to ensure that applications that are pertinent to the Marlow Bottom & Seymour Plain areas are within the guidelines and recommended suggestions for alterations, extensions and new builds.

Protecting the area and green belt surrounding the valley is of prime importance to us. Over the years we have been instrumental and successful in securing tranches of woodland immediately adjacent to the valley boundary. This has helped secure our area from over development, thus protecting the greenbelt area and our own futures.

Recently, Wycombe District Council has made it possible to review the planning applications on-line. If you wish to do so yourself, use this link to reach the web resource for Planning Applications.

If you know of, or hear of anything that is likely to be in contravention of the planning regulations, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately, in order that we may open a line of investigation on behalf of the valley.
